Shamida Talks
Shamida began her academic journey in Speech-Language Pathology in 2006 at AWH Special College, Kallai, under the mentorship of Ms. Girija. After completing her Bachelor’s degree, she moved to Dubai, where she launched her professional career in Speech-Language Pathology.
She began her career as a Speech Therapist at Majidi’s Clinic and also worked as a private therapist for the Royal Arab family. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue further education, completing the SPICE Program for therapy at the Central Institute of the Deaf in the United States.
Shamida’s expertise expanded as she worked with preschool children. While observing the increasing rate of Autism, she felt compelled to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In pursuit of this goal, she earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and became an International Behavior Analyst.
Currently, Shamida serves as the Clinical Head of both the Speech and Behavior departments in Dubai, leading and managing a team of professionals to provide high-quality care.
In addition to her clinical work, Shamida is a recognized motivational speaker and life coach. She is passionate about inspiring others, empowering individuals to achieve their goals, and leading a fulfilling life.
Social Skills
